We’re now a Toitū net carbonzero certified business!

Grey Power Electricity is pleased to announce that we're a Toitū net carbonzero certified business. This means we’re positively contributing to the sustainability of our future through measuring, reducing, and offsetting our carbon footprint.

We’re committed to not only maintaining this standard but also looking for new ways to reduce our impact on the environment and our carbon footprint in the future.

What does this mean?

To achieve Toitū net carbonzero certification, we measured all operational greenhouse gas emissions required under the international standard for carbon footprints, ISO 14064-1, including vehicles, business travel, fuel and electricity, paper, and waste.

Now that we've measured our footprint, we will develop plans to continually manage and reduce our emissions.

Each year, unavoidable emissions are offset through the purchase of carbon credits to achieve net zero emissions.
